Miki Taka is a Japanese-American model originally from Nagoya, Japan. She grew up in New Jersey and currently resides in NYC. She was first introduced to Prestigious Models in the summer of 2008 and has been moving full force with the dynamic company ever since. She has been featured at such events as Formula Drift, NHRA, Goodguys, HIN, Professional Bull Riders Tour (PBR) and Tuaca Body Art Ball. Thus far, being crowned Miss Formula Drift 2009 is the pinnacle of her modeling career.
Miki has appeared in numerous TV and Film productions on Versus TV, Driftstyle on Speed TV, Girls of 360VM on Myx TV and has even interviewed celebrities for Nickelodeon. When she’s not steaming up the cameras, Miki can be found as a feature guest and DJ of the hottest clubs in New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, San Jose, San Francisco, Philadelphia, and Atlantic City.
When Miki takes a break from her fast paced life, she likes to sip sake and appreciate her roots at the nearest authentic Japanese restaurant. A little known fact about her is that she’s an avid auto enthusiast. Miki is not afraid to get her hands dirty and can often be found under the hood of her very own IS300 or Integra. In her spare time, Miki loves to DJ, draw and paint, write poetry and generally kick a lot of butt!!

I AM... warm and kind, but can be cold those who mistake it for weakness. I am deep, but not over the top. I am serious, but oh-so-dorky and childish when I want to be. I love to laugh and give hugs. I adore beauty, even in the strangest places. I value sincerity and integrity. I stay true to self and others... and am honest to a fault, at times. My word is my bond, so I only say what I mean and I always mean what I say. I admire intelligence and am constantly seeking knowledge. I appreciate that with each experience is a lesson learned. I am headstrong, but I will be the first to admit that I'm not perfect.
I am strong but get weak... a lover and a fighter... quiet but loud... complicated, yet simple. I am a walking contradiction... a complete jumble of characteristics, strengths and flaws which make me unique in my own right. I'm motivated, driven and focused. I am made by my past, growing with the present, progressing to my future, embracing life... and LOVING EVERY MINUTE OF IT!
My loves are: Music (progressive trance/house, indie and electronica for the most part... but I'm open for anything. Expansion is good!), cars, movies of all sorts, martial arts, travel, meeting new people, philosophy, art, rollerblading... to be continued.
